CONTACT · WHO TO SEND WHAT

Three kinds of mail worth sending.

Business and sponsorship have their own page. This one is for the mail that made this site what it is: victims, tips, and corrections.

Been scammed?

Three things we do, free:

  • A look at where the money went. Send the transaction hashes or the receiving addresses. The chain is public; we read it for a living.
  • A report-assist pack for the police. A clean timeline, verified numbers, and on-chain exhibits an officer can actually use. We have done this before.
  • A second opinion on "recovery services". If someone promised to get your crypto back for a fee, send us what they said. Almost always, that is the second wave of the same scam.

What we are not: police, lawyers, or a recovery company. No recovery promises, no fees.

If money just moved, the first hours matter more than any email. Start with the 24-hour runbook, then write.

Tips & leads

A new attack pattern, a suspicious app, a domain that shouldn't exist, something odd in a transaction: this is the raw material of every investigation on this site. The FMMR case began with one victim's email.

What travels well: URLs, contract addresses, transaction hashes, screenshots. Blur your own personal details before sending.

Corrections

Forensics should be falsifiable. If a number, a date, or a claim on this site is wrong, send the source and we will fix it: openly, with the correction dated, never silently.

Everything gets read. What you send stays between us; we publish only anonymized details, and only with your say-so.
