A Letter from the Author

2021. Freshman year. I started reading X daily — it was still called Twitter back then.

That's when I first touched Web3. The market had just come off a bull run and slid straight into a deep winter. I watched BTC break below $30k, ETH hover around $1,200, SOL sit in the low twenties.

A year later, the metaverse arrived. Meta went all in, and a wave of copycats followed.

In China, the hottest thing that year was digital collectibles. I got in — big platforms like Jingtan, plus plenty of sketchy ones. Lost money, made money.

Nobody was talking about AI yet.

Now? Meta's metaverse division has been through round after round of layoffs. My Jingtan account still holds a pile of worthless digital images. And AI is a red ocean.

2023. The market thawed. BTC climbed back above $30k, ETH kept hovering near $1,400. NFTs still had legs — Bored Apes floors were still expensive.

That's the year I started airdrop farming.

I did it differently from most. They ran dozens of wallets, sybil squads, scripts. I ran one wallet and farmed it properly.

Story. TEN. Grass. Across L1s, L2s, DePIN, DeFi, GameFi.

I got nothing. Story farmed me instead of the other way around. So did Zeta. So did zkSync.

People still say airdrops are dead. I know better. They didn't die — the bar moved.

At the end of 2023 I joined the TEN community, a privacy chain. Honestly, I didn't care about privacy at first.

Then Vitalik said Ethereum needed privacy, and the market caught fire.

The fire didn't last long. Capital doesn't really believe in privacy.

Because prediction markets showed up.

Capital chases returns. I went back through 2024 and the pattern held: DeFi is where the money goes.

Five years taught me three things:

Airdrops didn't die. They changed shape.
Capital doesn't buy the privacy story.
Prediction markets are the present tense.

Why this site exists

The scams kept changing costumes — digital collectibles, honeypots, drainer approvals, address poisoning. The core logic never moved an inch: they harvest your desire for fast money.
